Catherine is an insatiably curious human centered technologist who loves creating design concepts for the purpose of understanding how we can create a better product for our users. In her over five years of experience in the tech industry she has always been an advocate for research and sees it as an important step in her design process in order to create great products for our users.
This sea and mountain lover grew up in Seattle and gained a foundation in Computer Science and Human-Computer-Interaction in the woods of New Hampshire from Dartmouth college before returning to the best coast. When she is not exploring the ocean (surfing, fishing) or mountains (hiking, skiing) you can find her learning about emerging technologies from the ultimate collaboration activity; hackathons.
